10 PVC Pass Thru

5 Inch Worms in place

5 Pike to Cobra

5 Superman to Hollow

2 Spiderman stretch ea side

5 PVC Jerks as perfect as possible

Split Jerk (1 Rep every 90 Seconds)

10 Rounds

Start with the end in mind. If you want a shot at a PR then you need to make the appropriate jumps to make the attempt.
