25 Minute EMOM:

Minute 1- 12/9 Cal Bike

Minute 2- 15 Pullups

Minute 3- 15 Push Jerks

Minute 4- :40 Abmat Situps

Minute 5- Rest

*Scale cals/reps as needed to finish under 1 min
Score= weight of the Push Jerks

Rx+= GHD situps
