*Both partners run together. When you enter the gym, one partner starts at bench and one at T2B. Then switch movements.

:10 Rest

:20 Plate Hold on feet

:10 Rest

*one partner front planks for 20 seconds while the other partner holds a plate on their feet for 20 secs then 10 second transition time. Do that for 5 min
