For time:

Buy-in 200 Double-unders

THEN

14 Rounds of:

-10 KB Swings 53/35

-10 KB Goblet Squats 53/35

-10 KB Push Press (5 each arm)53/35

-10 KB Alternating Lunges 53/35

Buy-out 200 Double-unders

-While partner A is completing 15/12 calories on the Air Assault Bike, partner B is working on the movements. Once partner A completes 15/12 calories on bike, switch. Partner A will continue where partner B left off on the movements. This will continue until 14 rounds are completed.

-Time Cap: 40 minutes
– 1 partner working at a time on the Double-unders.

-Split Double-unders evenly.
