Hallow rocks

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

7 Rounds//3min EMOM

12 Alt. DB power snatches 50/35

6 Broad jump/squat over DB

12 Alt. DB reverse lunge 50/35

6 Broad jump/squat over DB

RX+= 70/50
-At 3-2-1-go, perform movements and rest remainder of the 3:00.

-Hold DB in any position for lunges

-Write down time for every EMOM

-If you don’t finish within the 3:00, your score is 3:00 and pickup from the beginning
