Warm-up

Wendler Warm-Up (No Measure)

Today’s Lift in the following scheme:

1×5 @ 40%

1×5 @ 50%

1×3 @ 60%

then move on to today’s sets

Wendler Week 2 Shoulder Press (3 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 3+ @ 90%)

Calculate Shoulder Press @ 90% of Training 1 Rep Max
Check these percentages against the app we’re all using. They might not match up. But this is Wendler, it’s just “Option 2”.

Hang Power Clean (1 rep Max)

EMOM 20 Minutes

5-10 Push-ups

1 Hang Power Clean (increase weight if possible each round)
Pick a goal for your push-ups. The goal here is to do a minimum of 100 push-ups. If you choose to start with 7 push-ups, then you need to finish with 7 push-ups in each minute (your total would be 140).

Secondary goal is to establish a 1 rep max Hang Power Clean.
