4- Hang Squat Snatch 135/95 (55% 1RM, 7-12 UB)

5- Lateral Burpees over the bar

6- Alternating Pistols

7- Push Press 135/95

8- Toes to Bars

9- Wallballs 20/14

10- Chest to Bar Pullups

11- HSPU

12- Front Squats (Same as C&J)
