Individually

Buy In: 1mi Run + 30 Alt T2B

Then run to Sled, pull, run back, work:

8 Box Step Overs

10 Tricep Dips

12 Alt. Toes 2 Bar

Second 800m:

8 Decline Pushups

10 Toe Touches

12 Knee2Elbow Touches

Fate will decide teams.
