10 kettlebell swings 35/26

Back Squat

5×5 Back Squat. All sets at the same weight. Lift every 3 minutes. Go heavier than 5/10.

**After each set, hit max set of strict chip ups.

“Leopard” (6 Rounds for reps)

2 Minute AMRAP:

Pullups
