10 banded PVC OH squats to rig

7 power snatches 45/35

4 perfect air squats

Power Snatch

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets:

7 Touch and Go Power Snatches

*Match or go heavier than last time. Stay at the same weight for all sets.

“Paranormal Activity” (3 Rounds for reps)

3 Sets of

4 Minute AMRAP:

10 Hang Squat Snatches 95/65

10 HSPU

-Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Score= total reps for each set.
