For Max Points in 20 Minutes:
Overhead Squat (10 Points)
Thruster (5 Points)
Squat Clean (3 points)
Deadlift (1 point)
Rx: 135#/95#
For James Wright you may perform any combination of these lifts in 20 minutes in order to try and get your maximum score. You cannot combine movements on a single lift… meaning a cluster is worth 5 points (not 8 points).
You will input your POINTS where it says REPS when you log your results.
