Front Squat 1 1/4 (3-3-3-3-3)

You will squat down (ass to grass), up 1/4 of the way, back down, and then stand all the way up.

One partner completes a full round, while the other partner rests. Your goal is to rest more than your partner. In other words, try and get your round done as absolutely fast as possible so your partner doesn’t get a chance to rest.
