Clean and Jerk
Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy clean and jerk. This will be a good baseline before we start to work on different positions for the clean and jerk and snatch. Make a note when you log this number to include the details of the lift and stay consistent with it. (ex. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, or Power Clean and Push Jerk) chose the variation you will be working on for this next cycle and stay consistent with it.
