10 warrior squats (5 each side)

-5-10 hang power snatches (PVC, 45/35, +#)

-5 medball cleans 20/14

Bulgarian Split Squat

4 sets of 7R/7L

*use DBs and add weight if possible

-Rest 2 minutes between sets

“Throwback Thursday” (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP:

10 Hang Power Snatches 95/65

10 Wallballs 20/14
