12 min EMOM

Odd – 40 Double Unders

Even – Plank Holds (weighted if possible)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

30 min AMRAP

5 Burpees over the KB or DB

10 AbMat Sit Ups

12 Air Squats

*stop every 2 min and perform 8 KB/DB Swings

**Pick up each amrap where you left off.

Score is your total rounds of the amrap.
