Deadlift (Establish a 1 RM deadlift )
This would have been your last week in the cycle to test the deadlift for improvement. If you do not have the weights avaiable- please knock out 50 Deadlifts for time at a light- to- moderate weight. Ex: 135/95 RX. Or Odd Object!

Find SOMETHING to Deadlift 50 times. Get creative and get as heavy as possible without compromising your form. Post in the comments what you used and how much it weighed. If you’re not sure……GUESS!!!
