Rx+ = Lunge with Sandbag/Backpack

*If you have a Barbell then perform like any other Shoulder to Overhead.

**For a KB or DB, just use both hands as you would hold during a Goblet Squat. Unless the weight is too light, then perform 10 each arm. Use your own discretion.

***If you are going to use your Sandbag/Backpack that is fine, it will actually add an extra element since It’s oddly shaped.
