HomeBoyz substitution:

20 Burpees over odd object

20 Hang C& J w/ odd object

20 laying leg raises or 40 scissor kicks

* Layin gleg raises: lay on the ground flat and raise your legs from the floor to fully upright until you reach a 90 degree angle.

You are welcome to take it one level further and elevate your hips pushing your toes to the ceiling.
