5am with Justin or 9:30a with me are the two offerings today! Who has a 5am on Saturday??? Turn 2 does!!!
At 9:30 we are going to “play” Jenga with a CrossFit twist. Pull a tile, quickly put it back on the stack without tipping it over, and then do the work as fast as you can. Whoever pulls the most tiles wins! Whoever knocks over the tower runs a mile with a vest.

10 Hang Power Cleans w/empty barbell

Wall Stretch

1 minute each leg.

Place Feet against wall, with back on the floor, in a squat position. Cross one leg and push against knee. Use a band for extra benefit.

2 Minutes laying on back with butt, legs, and feet against wall. Let gravity stretch out your lower back and hamstrings.

Play Knockout with two basketballs. Everyone stands in a single file line. Two balls will be in play at a time. First person shoots first. The second person may shoot as soon as the first person releases their ball. When you make a basket you must immediately pass the ball to the next person in line. If the person behind you makes a basket before you do, you are OUT!! And you must STILL pass the ball to the next person waiting in line in order to give the next person an honest chance and for the game to be fun.

If you get knocked out you must do 15 burpees and wait for the next game.
