Warm-up (No Measure)

:30 pigeon stretch each side

10m inch worm

3 bottom of squat hold 45/35 (move your weight around for a stretch)

5 push press 45/35

3 squat cleans (add weight)

3 push jerks (add weight)

Squat Clean and Jerk (Heavy Double)

12 mins to work up to a heavy double

*NOT to be preformed as a “touch & go”, but don’t stare at the bar too long. no more than :10 sec in between*
