For Time:

5000m Row

*Alternate working partner every 3 minutes.

Min 1-Rest

Min 2- 12 Burpees

Min 3- 12 Ball Slams 45/30

Partner 1 will begin on the rower and accumulate as many meters as possible in 3 min. At the same time, Partner 2 will complete the following:

0-1 Rest

1-2 12 Burpees

2-3 12 Ball Slams 45/30

At minute 3 partners will switch and continue the same pattern.
