Calf stretch on rig

10 shoulder press

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

35min partner wod

Buy In:

400m heavy sand bag carry

50 sandbag over the shoulder

AMRAP:

Bear Complex 95/65
Sand bag carries will be broken up into 100m increments. Sand bag can be carried however you want. Split the sandbag over the shoulders evenly.

With remaining time one partner will perform bear complexes while the over partner runs 300m.
