Each member rows 500m (one rower ONLY)
*The idea is to “accumulate” your time as you move through each station. Once you are done with a station, you can move on to the next as long as you are done under the “allotted” timeframe. EX: if you complete Station #1 in 4 minutes, then you have a total of six (6) minutes to complete Station #2.
** If you are not able to complete a station in the allotted timeframe, continue on with a 30 min time cap.
Join a team of 2 that you wouldn’t normally jump in with.
